What is rhinoplasty?
The nose is the centre piece of the face and any irregulates in shape and size can be very noticeable. With age or injury, the nose can lose structural support, resulting in a loss of projection and shape. A rhinoplasty, or nose job, is a highly sought-after cosmetic procedure aimed at refining and reshaping the nose to achieve a more balanced and harmonious look.
Dr. Asim Bashir is a facial reconstructive and cosmetic surgeon based in Vancouver, BC, with specialist training in rhinoplasty and craniofacial surgery at the Harley Street London Clinic and St. Andrew’s Centre for Plastic Surgery.
As an FRCS Plast Ed-qualified surgeon and clinical lecturer at UBC, he brings reconstructive expertise to rhinoplasty that most cosmetic surgeons do not have, particularly for patients with complex nasal anatomy, previous injury, or septorhinoplasty needs.
